After migration to Amazon S3, we create and apply an S3 lifecycle policy to automatically transition eligible objects to Amazon S3 Glacier Deep Archive for long-term, low-cost storage Lifecycle policy details: The policy is configured to move objects to Glacier Deep Archive after a defined number of days, based on compliance, retention, or cost requirements.
